PROCESS AUTOMATION LAB

Introduction

Process Automation Lab (DCS-700) series is a capable of displaying and demonstrating the function of open and closed control system /loop with the help of simulation software. This system is covering a minimum of 4 or more parameters. The parameters shall cover the following

• Level
• Flow rate
• Pressure
• Temperature

This system is standalone universal training platform to cover various types of operations/processes/sequences under self-simulated conditions. These parameters are brought out through one or more related Processes like Assembly, Commissioning and Measurement.

Level (min 100CC or more in volume based indication or minimum 4 mm or more in linear dimension (height of the tank ), the resolution shall be minimum 1 cc or 1mm or better ,temperature drift 0,1%/°C or better and the degree of protection IP65)

Flow rate : The flow rate shall be ranging 0.3 to 3 lit/min or better , with a measurement reliability of ± 1% or better value, at 20 °C, and linearity ± 1% Value for distilled water or any anti corrosive liquid )

Pressure: The pressure sensor shall have a measuring range of 1 bar ( one bar)to 8 bar with an accuracy of ±1% at 3.5 lit/min using air as activating medium.

Temperature: - 0 to 50-degree celcius.

Transparent injection moulded circular water tanks of capacity 5 lit or more with a measuring least count of 0.2 lits or better , minimum 3 tanks . However, the tanks can be interconnected - based on his design needs and practices.
