The Training system is coming with following futures

• Using actual industrial (SMC/Polyhedrane/Yuken Make) standard valves and components.
• All the Hydraulic fittings are with facility for Push-in type fittings (One Touch Fittings) for easily connecting and disconnecting the tubes manually with fittings.
• All One Touch Fittings are suitable for tube size 4 mm outer diameter.
• Cylinders and limit switches are fitted on an aluminum plate coupled with a moulded plastic guide plate base unit (to avoid scratching on the Aluminum anodized work table)
• Cylinders and limit switches are provided with turn-to-lock / unlock mechanism for clamping & unclamping with the work table.
• All valves and other components are mounted on an Aluminium cast block (of 40 mm x 60 mm size) fitted with plastic base (to avoid scratching on the Aluminium anodized work table) and with inbuilt button operated Push-to-lock / unlock mechanism for easy clamping & unclamping with the work table.
• Working medium: Fluid with Hydraulic Power Pack.

Hydraulic Work Station

• Hydraulic Workstation with 40 square mm aluminum profile legs with double sided working facility, wooden work surface, and one pedestal drawer unit having 5 drawers, each with handles and individual locks, on metallic full panel drawer slide. Computer mounting stand with adjustable facility
• Work Table – Size (Approx.) L1200mmXW900mmXH1700mm with four castor wheels including two lockable wheels at the front side.
• Aluminum profile leg 40 mm.sq wooden work/MS surface.
• Profile Groove is 8.3mm and Groove to Groove distance is 40mm.
• One pedestal drawer & five drawers with handle and locks.
• Vertical Profile plate Anodized Aluminum 1100x700 mm with carriers mounting frames and mounting accessories (To be fitted onto the pneumatic workstation) and component are easily removable when it needs to remove from profile plate. General purpose area of size 1040 x 600 mm (W x H) having 252 points is provided for fixing Component
• Every Hydraulic component having push pull connector on it so that it can perform various pneumatic circuits with different connections.
• Relay Logic unit is provided with quick release coupling for easy to mount and replacement.
• Every electro-Pneumatic work station consists of one relay box (made up of MS) with various pushbuttons (PB), lamps.
• Every Hydraulic work station consists of one power supply O/P-24V@5A, I/P-230V/50HZ ,all outputs are on 4mm shrouded connector for experiment.(
• Drawer – Size (Approx.) – L500mmxW500mm xH158mm each and overall size of Drawer unit.(Approx.) - L-470mmxW-495mmxH-825mm.
• Drawer slide height (Approx.) 85mm.
• Adjustable Computer Mounting Unit is provided with workstation.
• CPU with Monitor is provided with minimum specifications: -Intel i5 5th Generation Processor, Monitor of 21”,Bluetoth keyboard and Mouse,500GB Hard disk,8GB RAM.
